“Present for Pets” Drive

Our office is proud to announce that we are honored to sponsor our first quarterly drive of 2016, for the Humane Society of Union County!  Presents for Pets will take place at our office and will go through March 2016. Please scroll to the bottom of this page to see the HSUC’s wish list.

The Humane Society of Union County, Inc. Is a 501-C 3 organization and relies completely on donations, volunteers and the generosity of local veterinarians. They function solely through contributions as they receive no public funding. If it were not for the generosity of our wonderful local veterinarians, we would be able to help very few of the animals in our community. The purpose of this society is the prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering among animals, and the extension of humane education.

“It is our policy to provide humane care and treatment for animals needing protection in Union County; to seek to return lost animals to their owners and to seek suitable homes for animals without owners.  The Humane Society does not operate out of a shelter facility. All of our animals available for adoption are cared for in foster homes.  We seek suitable homes for homeless animals without owners.  The Monroe Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic is a program of the Humane Society of Union County, Inc. which is a nonprofit organization under IRC 501 (c) (3).  The Clinic is located on Highway 75, between Monroe and Waxhaw, near Mineral Springs, NC.  If you need information about spaying or neutering or would like to schedule an appointment, please call, (704) 292-SPAY  Thanks to your generous donations, veterinarian discounts and the support of our communities, we will continue to improve the lives of those dependent upon us for survival. In return, we share the warmth and unconditional love these animals bring to us.  Your donation, no matter how small, is special and can make a difference in the quality of life for rescued animals. A small donation can enhance the life of many animals.”
