Time to Pet software is easy to use and simplifies the schedule process so you have access to pet care as soon as you need it. Build an account which fully outlines your service expectations. During each visit, your pet sitter or dog walker follows all instructions to ensure your pet receives the best care possible. If you need to make updates, it's quick and easy to add new information or you may reach out to our team. Simple text, direct message (DM), or email us through Time to Pet.
Easy to schedule pet care is one of our top priorities and Time to Pet allows you to customize a daily or ad hoc schedule which best fits your pet's needs. Book your service request using our app whenever it's convenient for you. With Time to Pet, you'll always have easy access to your service schedule plus the option to make changes or cancellations as needed.
At sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation message from your pet sitter or dog walker along with a complimentary meet & greet invitation. Once service begins, you’ll get a report card after each visit that includes a personal message from your pet’s caregiver, a checklist showing each completed task, photos, and GPS tracking history reflecting your pet care provider’s location while at your home or out walking your dog.
Note: If you download and use the Time to Pet app, you will receive a notification each time your pet’s caregiver arrives at your home.
Click the Sign Up button to create your account in Time to Pet. Once we confirm your account, you can log in anytime and provide details regarding your pet and home care needs.
Our scheduling options allow you to set a care plan that aligns with your pet’s routine, and you can make all service requests in Time to Pet whenever it’s convenient for you
As a new client, you get one free in-person consultation with your pet sitter. During the consultation, you can introduce your pet and get to know the sitter before their first visit.
