Our Time to Pet software allows you to create a client account outlining your pet's care routine, your expectations for services, and any special requests.

Enjoy Customizable Care

Customizable pet care is key to providing the care each pet needs. Our system allows you to fully customize a care schedule according to your pet's specific routine. With Time to Pet, you can create a schedule of drop-in visits from 20 to 60 minutes during service time frames ranging from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. If your pet needs extended care, you can also request live-in pet care service for up to 20 hours per day.

With Little Friends, you don't have to wonder who will be caring for your furry friend because we offer in-person meet & greets! As a new client, you are entitled to one free in-person consultation with your pet’s sitter, which helps ensure you’re comfortable with your pet sitter and we have everything we need to provide your pet the best care.

Our scheduling software, Time to Pet, allows convenient communication via text, direct message (DM), or email. Once you start using the Time to Pet app, you can even receive notifications when your pet sitter arrives to complete service.

Detailed Visit Report Cards

You should never have to wonder how your pets are doing! After each service appointment, you will receive a full report card including a personal message from your pet sitter, a checklist of each completed task, photos, and GPS tracking history reflecting your pet care provider’s location during their time at your home or while out walking your dog.
