Receive Your Visit Report
Once you schedule your service needs, ‘we are ready’.
- We’ll schedule a complimentary meet & greet based on your schedule.
- You’ll receive a report card which includes:
- You will receive live text alerts when the visit starts and ends.
- A personal message from your pet’s caregiver.
- Photos of your pets during the service.
- GPS tracking history reflecting your pet care provider’s location while at your home or out walking your dog.

Click the Sign Up button to create your account on Swifto. Once we confirm your account, you can log in anytime and provide details regarding your pet and home care needs.
Submit your service request online on Swifto.
Our scheduling options allow you to set a care plan that aligns with your pet’s routine, and you can make all service requests on Swifto whenever it’s convenient for you
Meet your pet sitter or dog walker in person.
As a new client, you get one free in-person consultation with your pet sitter. During the consultation, you can introduce your pet and get to know the sitter before their first visit.
